MMA 101 Program Structure

Nine-month curriculum for advanced basics.

The MMA 101 program is structured on a nine-month curriculum teaching essential basics. Students advance by successfully applying techniques against resistant training partners of similar height, weight, age, and skill level. This is done in three steps: learning skills, refining them, and practicing them in supervised sparring and grappling. With time and consistent effort, students will develop the skills needed for self-defense. Traditional belt promotions are awarded as recognition of the mastery and hard work demonstrated throughout the program, not just for participation.
